BALDWIN Stephen Wesley April 13, 1935 – November 23, 2016 Stephen Wesley Baldwin, 81, passed peacefully away Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at the James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander, NL. He is survived by his sons: Todd (Sheri), Sean (Zoe); daughter Leslie; heart-daughter Corinne; granddaughters: Sarah, Jasmine; grandson Stephen; devoted companion Emma, and a large circle of family and friends. A devoted father and friend, he was at his happiest when in the outdoors fishing, prospecting, berry picking or simply observing the beauty of the natural world. He was predeceased by his parents Walter and Abigail; sisters: Rose, Joyce, Peggy, Barbara, and Donna; brothers Calvin, Clifford, and former wife Lorraine. In keeping with Stephen’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Family will be receiving friends at Stacey’s Funeral Home, 60 Roe avenue on Thursday November 24, 2016 from 7-9 p.m. and on Friday November 25, 2016 between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the Fraser Road United Church, officiated by Reverend Kathy Brett with interment to take place at a later date.
