Donald James Wesley Putnam

1941-2016

Passed away peacefully surround by his loving family on October 19, 2016 at the Georgetown Hospital.

Donald has been reunited with his loving wife Jean (2007).

A loving father to Kirk Putnam (Sharon), Angela and Dan Tremblay, Kevin Putnam and Andre Patrick. A proud grandfather/papa to Wesley, Corey, Kasey-Lynn, Nicole, Tory and Joshua and a great grandfather to Jenna-Lynn. Don will be missed by Lynn, Cathy and his sister Barb. Don will be missed by his extended family and friends.

The Tremblay family wishes to thank the citizens of Acton for opening their hearts to Don, and to the C.C.C unit of Georgetown Hospital for their care, compassion and respect.

A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 6 p.m. at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill Street East, Acton

Cremation has taken place.
