<p>VINK, HENNIE – Passed away at Toronto General Hospital surrounded by his loved ones on Monday, February 20, 2017 at the age of 53 years. Beloved husband of Anne and loving father of Megan (Michael Vaughan) and Sarah (Jeremy O’Brien). Dear son of Anton and the late Anne Vonk Shearer. Loving brother of John, Cathy (Vince), JoAnne, Mike (Penny), Janet (Danny), Bev (Neil), Gerry (Gord), Patti (Valentino), and sister in laws Angela (Bob), and Anita (Steve). So loved and fondly remembered by all of his nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his many close friends, his ‘Shooters family’ and his dogs Rex, Rosie, Jenkins and Forrest. Hennie was a lifelong fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Blue Jays. He was known as the man of a million jokes. His kindness was known by many and he will be sorely missed by all that knew him. Visitation will be held at the MORRIS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4 Division Street, Bowmanville on Sunday, February 26, 2017 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 127 Liberty Street S., Bowmanville on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment Bowmanville Cemetery. Donations to the Toronto General &amp; Western Hospital Foundation can be made in memory of Hennie at tgwhf.ca</p>
