HARRIS, ANNETTE EVE (nee Saunders), 1940 - 2016 It is with deep sadness and regret the family of Annette Harris announces her passing. On Saturday, November 19, 2016 she past away with a beam of sunlight on her face and her family gathered around. Cherished wife of 52 years of Roger, much beloved Mum to Haydn, Rachel (Hugh), and Keren (Fred). Dearly loved Nanny to the Super Six, Maghan, Samuel, Seth, Freya, Abigail and Morgan. Mourning the loss of a much loved sister are Myles (Kathy), Sheila (Rob), Elizabeth (John), Kathleen (Anthony) and Dennis. Predeceased by her parents Myles and May Saunders and her sister Christine. Annette will be missed by many nieces and nephews as well her wide circle of friends. Her expertise with a wide variety of handcrafts will be remembered, but for many it will be the memories of all the incredible jam, cakes and pies, which will linger. An avid gardener, a lover of flowers Annette enjoyed classical music and a good cup of tea. Funeral services have been entrusted to Lounsbury Funeral Home, (519-658-9366), 1766 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge, Ontario. Visitation will take place on Monday, November 28th from 7pm – 9pm and Tuesday, November 29th from 1pm – 2pm followed by a Memorial Service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 2pm. The family asks that memorial donations be made to Hospice Wellington.
