ADACH, Irene Susan – Passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at age 63. Dear daughter of Sadie and the late George Postma. Beloved wife of Chris Adach; loving mother of Christopher Michael, Kirby Lauren Campbell (Curtis), Richard Gerrit (Alexandra), and Andrew Jan (Stacey). Cherished grandmother of Ava Lynn, Claire Irene, and Easton Christopher. Dear sister of Mike Postma (Mary Lou), John Postma (Cathy), Kate Postma, Richard Postma (Deb), Hank Postma, Stephen Postma, and sister-in-law of Wanda Harding and Sophia Adach (Gary). Besides her father Irene was predeceased by sister Barbara Ann. Irene’s family will welcome friends and family at the Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Blvd., Cambridge on Thursday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, December 23rd at 11 am with Canon David Bowyer officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery, Cambridge. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation
