Stone, Heather Anne (nee Barnes): Heather's family sadly announces her unexpected death on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the age of 53. Beloved partner and best friend of Victor Krempin. Cherished daughter of Thelma and the late Bill Barnes. Loving sister of Greg (Kim) Barnes. Heather will be remembered by her other mom, Colene and her extended family. Sadly missed by Victors' mom, Mary Burkmann, Roly and the Krempin family. Heather's family will receive relatives and friends at St. Georges' Forest Hill Anglican Church on Friday December 9, 2016 from 10am until the memorial service at 11am. A reception will follow in the church hall. Cremation has taken place and the private interment of Heather's ashes will be held in Williamsburg cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Humane Society or Muscular Dystrophy (Myotonic Dystrophy).
