Armstrong, Frances M. 83, passed away December 6, 2016 in Tucson, Arizona. Frances was born June 7, 1933 in St. Paul, Minnesota. She leaves behind the love of her life, Raynor, who she was married to for 63 years. Children, Raynor "Bud" Armstrong (Sheila) and Joannie Carmichael (Ron). Frances was blessed with seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Frances is predeceased by daughter Shirley Fowble, brother William Kellogg, and sister Percilla Richardson. There will be a celebration of life Friday, December 9, 2016 at 12:00 noon at St. Matthews Episcopal Church 9071 E. Old Spanish Trail Tucson, Arizona.
