Learl Turner

Learl Marice Turner, 82, of Mansfield, Arkansas passed away on December 24, 2106 in her home. She was born on January 7, 1934 to Zeke and Gladys (Schaffer) English in Van Buren, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Turner, a daughter, Roberta “Birdie” Pottridge and 10 brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM, Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel with burial of cremains to follow in Oak Cemetery in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She is survived by her son, Larry Turner of Fort Smith, AR; two daughters, Lynda Hickman and her husband Michael of Fort Smith, AR and Angela Gutierrez and her husband Ruben Sifuentes of Mansfield, AR; two brothers, Jack English of Roland, OK and Ed English of Poteau, OK; one sister, Johnnie Mae Bond of Van Buren, AR; 14 grandchildren, Jesse Pottridge, Jr. and Christina Pottridge-Reid, Chris, Anthony, Tyler and Tabatha Turner, Christina Evans, Betty Mae Dean, Jeff Richie, Tate and Khris Hickman, Brenton and Bryan Saygnaphay and Silvia Clem and 14 great grandchildren. The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM on Tuesday, January 3rd at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
