Lee Channing Dean, age 63 of Nashville, passed away, Wednesday, January 24, 2007 in Nashville. He was born June 25, 1943 in El Centro, California to the late Clay C. and Syble Pauline Martin Dean.
Mr. Dean was retired from Domtar in Ashdown. He is an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and a member of the 2nd Baptist Church in Andrews, Texas. He loved fishing and camping. Was a member of the Cossatot Car Cruisers Club. He had received several distinguished awards during his military career.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his step-Father, Earl Flint.
Survivors include his wife of 15 yeas, Rose Barbre Dean of Nashville
3 sons, Mike and wife Rose Dean of Locksburg, Ar. Lee Dean, Jr. of Texarkana, Ar. Kevin Lee and spouse April Terry of Nashville, Ar.
2 daughters, Michelle and husband Eddie Salyer of Dublin, Texas Lisa and husband Steve Harvill of Orangeburg, South Carolina
1 Sister, Charlene and husband Ernie Lebleu of Lake Charles, Louisiana
2 Brothers, Dale and wife Irene Dean of Mesa, Arizona Earl and wife Bonita Flint, Jr. of Wicks, Ar.
Special Friend, Nat and wife Jennifer Wright of Benton, Ar.
9 Grandchildren
And a host of nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
Services will be Sunday, January 28, 2007 at 2 pm. at Nashville Funeral Home with Benny Parks officiating. Burial will follow in Biggs Chapel Cemetery near Nathan, Ar.
Visitation will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 8 pm. each evening at the Funeral Home.
