Elizabeth “Liz” Hendrix, 37, of Tuckerman departed this life Friday, December 30, 2016 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. She was born September 20, 1979 in Paragould, Arkansas. Liz was a homemaker, member of Freewill Baptist Church in Tuckerman. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, going to yard sales, auctions, and wrestling. Liz enjoyed spending time with family and friends also. She was preceded in death by her niece, Alexa Carol Hendrix. Liz is survived by her parents: William Hendrix and Linda (Forbes) Hendrix, three brothers: Darrell Hendrix of Harrisburg, Dan Hendrix of Tuckerman, and Brandon Hendrix of Harrisburg, four sisters: Barbara Hendrix and Penny Thompson both of Harrisburg, Brenda Shultz of Hoxie, and Robie Hendrix of Brookland, several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles, and boyfriend, Calvin Stone. Visitation is Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 1:00~Service Time at 2:00 Jackson’s Harrisburg Funeral Home. Services will be conducted by Bro. Jason Sullivan and these men will serve as active pallbearers: Darrell Hendrix, Dan Hendrix, Brandon Hendrix, Chris Summers, Jimmy Miller, Bo Baney, and Cory Baney. These men will serve as honorary pallbearers: William Hendrix, Stanley Pierce, Calvin Stone and Bill Ward. Interment will be in Harrisburg Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Jackson’s Funeral Home
