Mrs. Martha Sue (King) Holman of Swifton, Arkansas, departed this life on Tuesday, December 06, 2016, at the age of 64. She was born February 5, 1952 in Newport, the daughter of Ray Monroe and Erma Lee (Hulen) King. Mrs. Holman enjoyed shopping, watching the Arkansas Razorbacks, and especially spending time with her family. Mrs. Holman was preceded in death by her husband, Frankie George Holman; her son, Brandon Holman; one brother, Troy Lee King; a sister-in-law, Margaret King; a brother-in-law, Joe Kinder; and her parents. She is survived by two brothers, Monroe King and wife, Patti, of Swifton, and Gary King of Jonesboro; three sisters, Anna Shelton of Jonesboro, Linda Kinder of Swifton, and Phyllis Campbell and husband, Mike, of Swifton; a brother-in-law, Rick Holman; a sister-in-law, Sandra Phillips; her best friend, Sheila Mross; aunt and uncle, J.W. and Winnie Hulen of Swifton; several nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends. Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Chuck Fears, Cody Garland, Curly Stevens, Bub Whitaker, Bobby Gilmore, Jason Runsick, Jonathan Runsick, and Adam Stevens. Honorary pallbearers are the coffee drinkers and employees of Rusty’s Quickshop, Trent Dody, Frank Shelton, Robbie King, and Brian Roberts. Friends may visit at the funeral home, Wednesday, 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Jackson’s Newport Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Bryce Shelton and Mr. Steven McFadden officiating.
