Karen S. Minutella, 47, of Bristol, died suddenly Sunday, May 17, 2015 in Killingworth. She was born December 26, 1967 in Pequannock Township, NJ and was the daughter of Susan A. (Kupin) Minutella of Bristol and Joesph J. Minutella of NJ. She was a Benefits Analyst at Cigna Healthcare in Bloomfield. Karen was a member of the Elks Lodge, B.P.O.E. #1010, Bristol. She leaves her son, Thomas Maynard of Bristol, two daughters, Alyssa Mastrangelo of Gloucester City, NJ and Christina (Randy) Lorancaitis of Bristol, She was “Mimi” to her grandchildren, Brayden Nathan, Isabella Nathan, Aryana Lorancaitis, Niccolo Lorancaitis and Odinn Lorancaitis. She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Minutella. Karen’s funeral will be held Friday evening, May 22, 2015 at 7pm at DuPont Funeral Home, 25 Bellevue Ave., Bristol. Calling hours will be held Friday evening from 5-7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bristol Lodge of Elks, B.P.O.E., 1010, 126 South St., Bristol, CT 06010.
