Henry Joseph Augustine, 98, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Meriden Center which he called his home for the past nine years. Born in Middletown on November 17, 1918. Mr. Augustine was employed by Pratt & Whitney. He was a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Army and was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church. He is survived by three daughters, Janet Baston (Barry), Carol Anne Passarelli (Giolio D.) and Sandra Augustine and her fiancé Russ LaCava and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service with military honors on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 (TODAY) at 1:30 pm at State Veterans Cemetery, Bow Lane, Middletown. There are no calling hours.
