Chick (Marian) S. Narkawicz, 60, of Coventry, cherished husband and father, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2016 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Brenda (LaVigne) Narkawicz for over 37 years. Marian was born in Hartford on January 20, 1956 , son of the late Marian and Helen (Segarra) Narkawicz . A graduate of Rockville High School he was a member of the football team and participated in Civil Air Patrol. He loved traveling, Chinese food, playing cards, going to the casino, and being surrounded by family. Famous for his Christmas Eve parties, he was a natural entertainer and his wit and warmth has left a large hole for many. Prior to his retirement he was an insulator for Local 33. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Rachel (Narkawicz) Hartman and her husband Andy of CT and Jenna (Narkawicz) Wilhelmsen and her husband Andrew of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by his siblings, Thomas Narkawicz and sister in law Marybeth , Joseph Narkawicz, Debra Sheridan and brother in law, Michael, Elizabeth Pease and brother in law Buzz, John Narkawicz, Corey Narkawicz and sister in law Joann, Daniel Narkawicz and many cherished nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
