Ellis Lamar Williams was affectionately known by many of us as “Lamar”, Big “E”, and his brothers called him “Bean”. He was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on January 11, 1972 to the parents of Selena Y. Miller, Edward Leon Williams and was raised by his step father Anthony Miller Sr.
At an early age Ellis accepted Christ as his Savior.
Lamar attended Broward County Schools and was a Dillard High School “Panther graduate class of 1990”. He had a passion for cooking in which he attended The Art Institutes Culinary Arts program. He was the family Barbeque chef who loved to put something on that grill especially on Sunday.
Lamar had relocated to Bolton, Mississippi to assist his stepfather with the Miller & Sons Farm in 1990 in which he learned all about the country living, raising animals and crops. He was employed with Broward County Schools and ILA Local 1526.
