Sharon Jackson known to some as “Sista” was born August 27, 1951 in Miami, Florida to the late Howard Jackson Sr. and Emma Lee Beals. On September 12, 2015 God called one of his angels home. Sharon attended Broward County Schools. Throughout her entire life she was a positive person and always displayed an uplifting spirit. She touched many lives during her lifetime, she was a good friend and neighbor to all who came in contact with her. Sharon was preceded in death by: her husband James Monroe Curry; one daughter: Chawanda D. Curry; one son: James L. Curry; three brothers: Howard Jackson Jr., Eddie Jackson and Willie J. Jackson. Sharon leaves to cherish her memories: a loving mother: Emma Lee Beals; one brother: Nathaniel Jackson; three grandchildren: Shaketrice Curry; Treinetra McBride and Darren McBride all of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; eight great-grandchildren: Zachary Jr., Daniel Jr., Chawanda, Dashun, Roscoe, Na’Ketrice, Jamar Jr. and Desiree all of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; five sisters-in-law: four brothers-in-law; one God-daughter; one God-sister: Leora Reese; a special friend: Ida Higgs; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing.
