On March 11, 1929, in Long Island, Bahamas, Vincent was born to Florence Robinson and Timothy Gibson; they both preceded him in death. Vincent came to the United States as a very young child and remained here throughout his adult life. On November 17, 1948, Vincent married Mildred Veola Tynes who went home to be with Lord in January 1995. To this union six Children were born. Vincent worked for many years in the construction industry and ended his career with Wenworth Construction. He loved Gospel music and he had many hours of pleasure playing the game of Dominos. On July 9, 2016, after a sudden and unexpected illness, the Lord called him Home. He had six siblings who all preceded him in death, Hilda, Iris, Lola, Charlie, Alvin and Ulrick, Vincent was the youngest. Vincent is survived by his devoted children: Janice (Calvin), Beverly (Charles), Michael, Sandy and Dolly who was his loving caregiver until his death. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Desiree, Nikita, Phaedra (Eddie), Latoya, Tiffany (Anthony), Michael, Sharron, Antwon and nine great-grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn his passing Mr. Leslie Smith (best friend), two very special daughters: Cynthia and Valencia; five sisters-in law: Verona, Marva, Martha, Evelyn and Sandra; five brothers-in-law: Carlton, Walter, Eural, Donald, George and Fritz; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Preceding him in death were Maurice (son), Derek (grandson), Kevin (great-grandson).
