Vincent Parke Obituary

Vincent Parke was born in Browns Town, Jamaica on December 26, 1939 to parents Thomas Parke and Enid Bembridge.  He was their eldest son.  In Jamaica Vincent worked at KJBC for over ten years before migrating to the United States. Vincent finally settled in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  He was a skilled mason and worked in all aspects of construction most of his life. His interests included, attending church, playing dominoes, listening to music, and spending time with his family. He was blessed with ten children, seventeen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  He is survived by his three sisters and brother. He also leaves behind a host of other family and friends. On Sunday February 28th, 2016 he was called to glory by his father. Although he is no longer here with us, he still lives on in our hearts. Vincent will be remembered as a funny, considerate, kindhearted and cheerful person. He will be missed by all.
