He is survived by wife, Leialoha "Rocky" Kaluhiwa sons; Jerry "Mahi" Jr. and Jeffery "Liko" (Kristi) Kaluhiwa hanai son, Kane (Gaylyn) Turalde daughter, Kamaileula (Kenneth) Halualani-Hee luhi daughter, Suzy (Mike) Duarte hanai daughter, Cheryl Burgo god daughters; Anela Keopuhiwai and Cara Pang brothers; Dennis (June), Roland (Bernie), Nelson (Juelle), and Kanoe (Tina) Kaluhiwa sisters; Aloma Kaluhiwa, Gwen (Jim) Beam, Faith (Sam) Kelii, Sharon (Tony) Brandt and Beautyann (David) Low grandsons; Likolani and Raymond Halualani-Hee , Kealohi Kaluhiwa, Keoki and Makana Duarte granddaughters; Eliasza (Joey Silva) Halualani-Hee, Alohikea Kaluhiwa , Nichole, Kala'i and Malia Burgo. great granddaughters, Jahniyah Halualani-Hee, Pu'uwai and Kealaula Duarte great grandsons, Javin Armijo, Keoki Jr. and Haweo Duarte.
