Marilyn L. Leiter, 77, of Decatur, Indiana passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Adams Memorial Hospital. Marilyn was an identical twin born in Van Wert, Ohio on March 27, 1939 to the late Carey A. and Velma C. (Mongold) Leiter. Marilyn attended St. Mark’s United Methodist Church. She retired from the Country Buffet restaurant in Ft. Wayne. Marilyn is survived by two brothers, Richard L. (Marilyn J.) Leiter and William C. Leiter both of Van Wert, OH. She was preceded in death by her twin sister Carolyn S. Leiter and a brother Ronald Ray Leiter. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2016 at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home. A 1:30 Funeral Service will be on Saturday, December 31st also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Decatur Cemetery. Memorials are to Red Bird Mission and St. Mark’s United Methodist Church.
