LLOYD, Versie D. (Conatser), 95, loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Sacred Heart Home. She was born in Glenmary, TN to Anna Mae Hill and Luther M. Conatser. Versie was a retired GE employee and member of Strathmoor Presbyterian Church. Versie was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Morris D. Lloyd, Sr.; and brothers, Robert C. and Arkley Conatser. She is survived by her sons, Gary Lloyd (Marsha) and Morris Lloyd, Jr. (Kay); grandchildren, Tammy Ackerson (Brent), Stephanie Hughes (James), Ellie Yerkes (Billy), Christopher Lloyd (Julie), and Jennifer Weinert (Lee); great-grandchildren, Max and Sophia Ackerson, Connor and Parker Hughes, Kinsley and Brantley Yerkes, Grayson Lloyd, and Everlyn Weinert; and sister, Ruby West (Bill). Her funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. with entombment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at Highlands. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff of Hosparus and Sacred Heart Home for their loving care and support.
