Leo Coffey, 80, of Canterbury Rd., passed away Monday, February 22, 2010, at the Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center. Mr. Coffey was born in Estill County on March 23, 1929 to Lawrence and Lizzie Warford Coffey. He was the owner of Leo’s Trim and Upholstery. He enjoyed playing the guitar and working in his garden. He was also a member of the Westside Christian Church. He is survived by two brothers: Harold Coffey (Mary Ann) of Richmond and Billy Coffey (Betty) of Lexington and one sister, Lillian Cole of Lexington. He was preceded in death by two brothers: Claude Coffey and Raymond Coffey and one sister, Mable Todd. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Thursday at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Simpson, Bro. Willie Cole and Bro. Mitch Todd officiating. Burial will follow in Madison Co. Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5-9 PM Wednesday the funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Chris Cole, Drew Cole, Clay Lake, Jeff Smith, Tom Todd and Ray Stocker.
