Colleen R. Grady

Colleen R. (nee Seelen) Grady, 78 of Manasquan passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. Born in Lancaster, Pa., she graduated from Chestnut Hill College. Colleen lived in Spring Lake until moving to Manasquan in 1968. As a resident of Manasquan, she was a member of St. Denis Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was predeceased by her parents Harry and Helen (nee Cooney) Seelen, her husband Laurence B. Grady, her daughter Pegeen Grady, and her sister Mary Pat Quigley. Colleen is survived by her 3 daughters and their spouses, Maura and Patrick Brannick of Manasquan, Helen and James Wagner of Poolesville, Maryland, and Mary and Adam Patterson of Augusta, Maine, her brother Dr. Michael Seelen and wife Mary Jean of Chili, Wisconsin, and her grandchildren Allison Beeckel and husband John, Jared Patterson, James Wagner and Ava Wagner. Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from 6:00pm until the time of the Service at 7:30pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd., Wall.
