Francis Przypek North Brookfield, Massachusetts Obituary

Francis Przypek

OAKHAM- Francis James Przypek, 66, of Oakham, MA died March 23, 2017 in his home unexpectedly. Born in Worcester, MA he was the son of the late John and Josephine Przypek (Gumieniak). He grew up in North Brookfield where he met the love of his life, the late Jean(Cutting) Przypek . Together they built a beautiful home for their family in Oakham. He leaves behind his daughter Jennifer Przypek; a son Adam Przypek & daughter-in-law Sarah Powers; grandchildren Brendan, Ruthie, Jonathan and Connor; a sister Veronica Chouinard and her husband Richard; 2 brothers Joseph Przypek & his wife Joan and John Przypek & his wife Jan. He was predeceased by his brother Richard Przypek. He leaves behind many more beloved family and friends. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and teaching them life skills – like how to change the oil in the car, hammer a nail or properly handle a gun. You always had dessert with every meal at Papa’s house which was almost always a big bowl or ice cream or a root beer float. He enjoyed hunting, hiking, fishing, gardening, cooking, and cars – particularly his Firebird which he perhaps spent more time fixing than driving. He encouraged everyone around him to dream big and that anything is achievable with hard work and dedication. Most of all he was a free spirit who said and did what he wanted and thoroughly enjoyed his life. A gathering will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2107 from 12-3pm.at his home 75 Gray Oaks Lane in Oakham. All family and friends are welcome to come pay their respects and share their fond memories. Pillsbury Funeral Home 44 GIlbert St. North Brookfield is directing arrangements.
