Tucker Masui

Masui, Tucker Mitsugu age 51, of Shorewood, Minnesota passed away peacefully on Friday, March 24, 2017 after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. Born on August 20th, 1965 in Los Angeles, California to Amy (Nishino) Masui and Clifford Masui. Tucker grew up in San Gabriel, California and attended college at UC Long Beach. Most recently a resident in Shorewood, Minnesota. Tucker is survived by his wife, Alexandra (Stieglitz) of 22 years, and their sons, Ryan and Ian, his son, Kyle (from a previous marriage), his mother, Amy Masui, sister, Holly Masui and brother-in-law, Art Martinez, sister-in-law, Barbara Greco (Joe), brother-in-law, Ted Stieglitz, mother and father-in- law Elizabeth and Charles Stieglitz. He is preceded in death by his father Clifford Masui. He loved camping, cooking, watching his sons play sports - especially baseball, and volunteering within the community. Many families within the community knew Tucker as "Coach" for his years of volunteer coaching within the Minnetonka Baseball Association. Known for his generosity and positive spirit, he will be greatly missed by his family and many friends as well as his two beloved dogs, Fly and Ava. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Marie Steiner Kelting Hospice Home in Chaska, MN. Visitation will be 5-8 PM on Wednesday, March 29th at Huber Funeral Home, 520 2nd St, Excelsior.
