JACK, BRIAN Age 57 of Maple Grove. Preceded in death by father, Richard Jack & brother, Tommy Jack. Survived by wife of 35 years, Nancy; children, Jeni (Ryan) Chaffins, Adam (Sarah) Jack; grandchildren, Abby, Allison, Hannah, Cecelia, Oliver, Lucy & Evelyn; mother, Frances Callaghan; siblings, Linda (Ron) Grand, Larry Jack; special nieces, Taylor Ann Grand & Laura Kelsey Jack; many other nieces, nephews, relatives & friends. Brian was a friend to everyone he encountered, loved being around people, was an avid MN sports fan and loved golf. A Celebration of Brian’s life will be held at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH MAPLE GROVE CHAPEL (13745 Reimer Dr.) Thursday from 5-8 PM with a Time of Remembrance at 7 PM.
