Donald Everett Cowles, 78 of Novinger, MO passed away Sunday (October 21, 2016) at his home in Novinger, MO. The son of Clyde Everett and Emma Ruth (Poer) Cowles, he was born March 6, 1938. Donald is survived by his two daughters, Peggy Sue Dixon and husband Rick of Jacksonville, NC and Julie Marie Cowles of Kirksville; one sister, Betty Jean Kirkpatrick of Iowa; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and his wife Loretta Mae(McFarland) Cowles. Donald’s wishes were to be cremated with a private memorial service.
