Cecil E. Sanders, 81, of Independence, MO passed away November 21, 2016. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 25, 2016 at Carson-Speaks Chapel. Burial in Floral Hills East Cemetery. Cecil was born on November 15, 1935 to Raleigh and Mary (Elliott) Sanders. Survivors include; his loving wife of 58 years, Shirley (Abney) Sanders; daughters Diann Sanders and Deanna Zizza; 2 grandchildren and 5 brothers.
