Winnie Ramos, 55, Sibley, MO died Nov. 29, 2016. Memorial services will be 5 pm, Sat., Dec. 3 at the Sugar Creek Optimist Hall, 11600 E. 24 Hwy., Sugar Creek, MO 64054; cremation. Winnie was born Feb. 3, 1961 in Oahu, Hawaii. Winnie is survived by daughters Sula Hercules, Dazie Ramos; sisters Josephine Moore and husband Butch; Betty Jane Manning; Susan Manning; Drena Manning; brothers Terry Storey and wife Kim; David Storey and wife Carolyn; Mark Storey and wife Julie; Tim Storey and wife Teeny and granddaughter Brielle Hercules.
