Jeanne Keck, 88, of Independence, MO, passed away March 21, 2017. A visitation will be held from 12-2:00 p.m. at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO, followed by a graveside service at 2:30 p.m. at Oakland Cemetery (Truman Road) on Friday, March 24, 2017. All are invited to a reception that will follow the graveside service, which will be held at the Elk’s Lodge, 100 NE Brisendine Rd., Blue Springs, MO. Jeanne was born November 1, 1928, in Shawnee, OK to James and Ima (Wren) Clark. She worked for over 20 years for the RLDS Church. Jeanne enjoyed bowling, wood craft, crocheting and watching her Kansas City Royals. She is survived by her two sons, Kenny Keck (Karen) and Larry Keck (Stephanie); eight grandchildren, Korey (Emmalee), Katie, Chris, Matt (Amber), Amy, Danny, Lane and Cole; as well as two great grandchildren, Kipton and Atalee. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents; and husband of 69 years, Lawrence N.
