Robert L DeSopo

<p>DeSopo, Robert L., 70, of Carlstadt for 35 years, passed away at home on January 22, 2017. Mr. DeSopo served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. For over 15 years, he was a program analyst at IBM in Roseland and prior he worked for Prudential as a computer programmer. Robert was a member of the Rutherford Bible Chapel and assisted with their Stockade Program for 25 years. He loved spending time with his family and his lunch buddies. Beloved husband of Karen T. (nee Dahmen) DeSopo. Loving father of Juanita M. Reyes and her husband Arturo, Tiffany Ann Cozza and her husband Daniel and Robert J. DeSopo and his wife Lauren. Cherished grandfather of Xiamara, Joseph, Gino, Audrey, Matthew, Nicholas and Teresa. Dear brother of Benjamin DeSopo, Philomena Agnes, Amelia Tolerico, Josephine Cantisano and the late Richard DeSopo and James DeSopo. Caring uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Devoted son-in-law of Madeline (nee Quaglia) Dahmen. Funeral Service at the Kimak Funeral Home, 425 Broad Street, Carlstadt on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation Thursday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rutherford Bible Chapel, 161 W. Passaic Ave., Rutherford, NJ 07070. </p>
