Yolanda “TD” Bifulco Albertson, of Eatontown, died peacefully on Friday, December 23, 2016 at home. Born in Long Branch, she was a life resident of Eatontown. TD was an Administrative Assistant at Fort Monmouth for 30 years before retiring. After retiring from Fort Monmouth she worked for Tamsco in West Long Branch for 12 years. She was a parishioner of St. Dorothea’s R.C. Church in Eatontown and a member of the Edgewater Beach Club in Sea Bright. TD was predeceased by her son, Dr. Clifford J. Albertson in September; her parents, Vincent and Lucrezia Bifulco and three sisters, Marie, Jeanette and Gloria. Surviving are her husband, Jack Albertson; her daughter, Krissy Meyer; her sister Joy; two granddaughters, Zia and Lexi; and her great granddaughter, Kai. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 28 from 4-8 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave, (corner of Third Ave.,) in Long Branch. Funeral Thursday, 8:30 am at the funeral home followed by a 10 am Mass at St. Dorothea’s Church. Entombment will be at Woodbine Mausoleum, Oceanport. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the St. Jude Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
