Charlotte Jackson Obituary

Jackson, Charlotte C. (nee Cetas), 74 of Egg Harbor Township, formerly of Somers Point, passed away on Monday, January 30th. Born in Michigan to Dale and Dorothy Cetas, Charlotte earned her Bachelors Degree in education and worked for many years as a teacher at the Brighton Avenue School in Atlantic City. After retiring she was very active with Mary Kay, attending many conventions with her beloved husband, Ed. Charlotte was also a faithful member of Linwood Community Church, volunteering her services to a number of church activities. She was predeceased by her husband of 31 years, Edward Jackson; and her brother, Richard Cetas. She is survived by her three children: Faith Weatherly (Kent) of Tennessee, Tim Burns of Vermont, and Michael Burns (Dottie) of Egg Harbor City. She is also survived by her five grandchildren: Jonathan, Aleena, Katie, Amanda, and Sequoia; her sister, Carol Clapp (John); her brother, Carl Cetas (Anne); and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 3rd at 1:00pm at Linwood Community Church, 1838 Shore Road, Linwood. A viewing will be held from 12:00pm until the time of the service. Interment will follow in Zion Cemetery, Egg Harbor Township. Arrangements entrusted to and condolences may be left for her family at: adams-perfect.com
