Smith, Margaret Harlene (nee Stewart) 86 of Somers Point passed away on 12/14/16. She was born in Union City, Pa. She graduated from Meadville School of Nursing and was an RN in Atlantic City Hospital where she met and married her husband of 51 years, the late Robert Kennedy Smith, Sr. Surviving are her seven children, Michael (Debbie) and Roberta Bowen of Somers Point, James of Oceanview, Kimberly (James) Farrell of Warminster, PA, David and Robert ,Jr (Andee) of EHT, Nancy (Scott) Dunn of Turnersville, 18 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. She enjoyed time at the beach with her family, music, and working in her yard. She could often be seen walking the bike path. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday Dec. 19, 2016 at 11:00 at St. Joseph's R C Church of Somers Point, NJ 08244. The family will be receiving friends from 10-11:00 AM prior to the mass at the church on Monday morning.Interment will be held at Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery.
