Aucott, William Van, 86 of Pleasantville passed away on December 25th, 2016 with his loving family by his side. William was born in Atlantic City and was an area resident for his entire life. He had a Military career spanning over 38 years. Having served in the U. S. Army, U. S. Marine Corp. Reserve and then finishing his career with the Air National Guard at the FAA Tech Center. William is survived by his loving wife, Lois, his daughter, Susan L. Carroll, his sons; William J. and Terry W. and his wife, Edda, his grandchildren; Terry, Jr., Andrew, Lauren, and Ryan, and his dog, Sunny. A Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 9:30am til 11am at the Adams-Perfect Funeral Home 1650 New Road, Northfield. A Private Burial for the family will be held at the Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery, Estell Manor. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in William's memory to Caring Hospice of South Jersey 133-Q Gaither Drive, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Arrangments entrusted to and condolences may be left for the family at adams-perfect.com.
