Carol K. Taube of Countyline Rd., Yorkshire died Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Pines Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Machias at the age of 94. She was born January 3, 1922 in St. Regis Falls, NY a daughter of the late Ashley and Lela (Barnes) Shoen. she enjoyed crocheting and bowling. She was also a member of the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church in Franklinville. She had worked for Fisher Price in Holland until she retired in 1977. She counted parts in their warehouse. Her husband, William E. Frisbie who she married February 14, 1943 in North Tonawanda, passed away in 1976. She is survived by her children: Kathleen (late Charles) Bookmiller of Sandusky, Lenna (Richard) Davison of Vero Beach, FL, William (Sharon) Frisbie of Warsaw, and Judy (James) Waldraff of Delevan; her sisters: Delores Cady of Rhode Island and Noreen Bagley of Pennsylvania; also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her daughter: Eileen Parker; and her siblings: Wayne, Alfred and Gordon Shoen and Marvel Barnes. There will be no calling hours. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the W.S. Davis Funeral Home, 358 Main St., Arcade. Memorials may be made to the Delevan Rescue Squad, P.O.
