Linda A. Dawson of Aristo Terrace, Yorkshire died Thursday, December 1, 2016 at her residence at the age of 66. She was born April 21, 1950 in Springville, NY a daughter of the late Cecil and Myrtle (Fox) Heckathorn. She was a member of the Delevan United Methodist Church. She enjoyed her projects and making crafts. She also enjoyed knitting, plastic canvas, participating in the Food Pantry in Delevan, singing and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband: William Dawson who she married February 22, 1980 in the Delevan United Methodist Church; her daughter: Angelina Dawson - Kemp of Arcade; her brother: Doug (Sue) Heckathorn of Delevan; her grandchildren: Joseph Mania and William Kemp Jr. of Arcade; also survived by her mother-in-law: Laura Dawson of Arcade and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter and two infant sons; and her sister: Ethel (Dick) Ramsey. Friends may call Friday, December 9, 2016 from 10-11 AM at the Delevan United Methodist Church, Church St., Delevan where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM.
