Roland H. Rosier of Auburndale, FL died Sunday, November 6, 2016 at his residence at the age of 84. He was born December 24, 1931 in Sardinia, NY a son of the late Harold and Grace (Hanes) Rosier. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Sardinia and he enjoyed making things out of wood. He was an Erie County Highway Department Supervisor and enjoyed working in Protection and Collins. His wife, Margaret (Franz) Rosier whom he married April 11, 1953 in Chaffee, NY died April 20, 2005. He is survived by his children: Shirlene Morse of Bradenton, FL, Rolinda (Paul) Noeson of Freedom and Dale (Debbie) Rosier of Franklinville; his grandchildren: Kelly (Keith) Conroy of Lewiston, NY, Dylan Noeson of Freedom, Korin Noeson of Freedom, Sasha Rosier of Ohio, David Patterson of Ohio and Rachael Patterson of Arcade; two great-grandchildren: Lily and Quin Conroy of Lewiston, NY; he was the brother of Robert and Charles Rosier and the late Adeline Hamblin; also survived by several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his sister; a grandson - Bobby Ekroth and a special friend - Pearl Murcin. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sardinia Church of Christ.
