POTSDAM – Mr. Gerald L. Bonnewell, 70, of Midtown Apts, passed away Friday afternoon, December 2, 2016 at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

Gerald was born August 15, 1946 in Rochester, the son of the late Gerald and Thelma Masten Bonnewell. He graduated from school in the Rochester area and worked for a time with a power company in New York State.

He is survived by his companion, Sharon Ogden of Potsdam; there are no other known survivors.
