Parker, Thomas J. “Jack” Spencerport: died Monday, February 20th, 2017 in Port Charlotte, Florida at the age of 81. Raised in Rixford, PA, Tom enlisted in the US Marine Corps to serve our great country. After his discharge, he began his 31 year career as a Field Engineer with IBM. He loved fishing, boating and hunting and being in his company was always an honor. He was a proud man, proud of being a Marine, proud of his career, and immensely proud of the loving family he leaves behind; his cherished wife of 58 years, Grace; his daughter, Patty (Tom) Bosch; his son, Ted (Pam) Parker; the grandchildren whom he adored, Petty Officer First Class Jason (Emily) Bosch, Kevin Bosch, Thomas Parker and Sarah Parker; and his great-grandson, Jack Bosch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as many, many cherished friends. He was a great man, a strong man and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. On Saturday, February 25, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 10:00 in St. Jude’s Church. Interment with military honors will take place immediately afterwards at Holy Ghost Cemetery.
