Mark A. McCoy August 19, 2016 Mark A. McCoy, 59, of Syracuse passed away on Friday. He worked at the Southwest Community Center Library. Mark was predeceased by his Mother, Marcia Louise McCoy. He is survived by his Companion of 27 years, Karen Light; a son, Joseph Mark Anthony McCoy I; a daughter, Contessa Marcia Louise McCoy; his father, Harold A. McCoy; two brothers, Kenneth Harold McCoy and Stephen Kent McCoy; a sister, Lynn Elizabeth McCoy Beasley. Calling hours will be Thursday 1 to 3 p.m. at the Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd. Syracuse. with a service to follow.
