Mary Stough

Mary M. Stough, 91, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2016. Born in Baltimore, MD, on April 6, 1925, she was the daughter of the late John Isaac Kilner and Mary Ellen O’Mara Kilner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Thomas E. Stough; foster son, Curtis Reddy and a brother, John I. Kilner, Jr. She is survived by two sisters, Lynn Rock and husband Paul and Ann Wilson; two brothers, Pat Kilner and wife Madie, Edward Kilner and wife Dot; two sons, Gary E. Stough and wife, Diane of Hilton Head, SC, Thomas R.(Rick) Stough and wife Janice (Jan) of Franklin, NC; one daughter, Anne C. LaVere and husband Tony of Franklin, NC; one foster daughter-in-law, Millie Reddy of Cleveland, TN; five grandchildren, Alexa Chilcutt and husband, Nathan, Boyd Stough, Laurel Stough, Tracy Obuchowski and husband Edward, Amanda Toth and husband, Michael; five great grandchildren, Natalie Chilcutt, Gary Chilcutt, Joseph Obuchowski, Steven Obuchowski and Kaitlyn Obuchowski. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 5, at St. Francis Catholic Church. Father Tien Duong will officiate. Burial will be in the Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, FL.
