Darryl Capps

Darryl Lee Capps, age 74, of 369 Polk County Line Rd. Rutherfordton passed away Saturday November 12 at his home. Darryl was a native of Buncombe County, a trained chef and a member of the Edneyville Lions Club International. Left to cherish his memory are his children Brenda Capps, Terry Lynn Reeves, Linda Deming, Paul Capps, Donna Marshall, Patrick Capps, Kimberly Wilson, Christin Stone and Karen Irvin all of North Carolina; sisters Maxine Joan Sevade and Judy Weger; 22 Grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. Darryl was preceded in death by his wives Teresa Capps and Bobbie Fender, parents James Capps and Bonnie Sue Ray Capps; a son Jimmy Capps and a brother Ronnie Capps. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County P.O. Box 336 Forest City, NC 28043. At Darryl’s request no services will be held.
