BLASE, JEFFREY age 65 passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2017.
He is survived by his loving son, Jason Blase; sister Robin Posma; brother Tim Blase; cousins Rick and Jon Lober.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his mother Joan Blase.
