Roy Webster Wagoner passed away December 30, 2016 at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital in Hood River, Oregon surrounded by family. Roy was born September 10, 1942 and was 74 years of age at the time of his passing. Services for Roy are planned as follows at St. Mary’s Catholic Church (1501 Belmont Avenue, Hood River); Thursday, January 5th from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., viewing, rosary and a time to greet with family. Friday, January 6th at 11:00a.m., funeral mass with a reception to follow.
