Joyce Rossman

Joyce Rossman , 86, of Howard passed away on November 28 ,2016 at Mount Nittany Medical Center. Born on January 5, 1930 in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of Walter and Emma (Eckenroth) Houtz. Joyce was a 1948 graduate of Bellefonte High School. She was retired from Corvette America where she worked as a laborer. She enjoyed crocheting, word searches, and most of all her walks. Joyce is survived by one daughter, Vickie Robb of Howard and one son, Donald and his wife Pam of Williamsburg, Virginia. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one son Greg, two sisters, and three brothers There will be a public visitation held on Friday December 2, 2016 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, at Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. 206 N. Spring Street, Bellefonte. Funeral services will be held on Friday, at 11:00 am, at the funeral home with Pastor Frank Harpster officiating. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
