Elsie Anna Hart, 75, of Effort, died Saturday, October 29 in Brookmont Health Care Center, Effort. She was the husband of Robert Hart. They had observed their 52nd wedding anniversary on the day of her passing. Born in Queens, NY, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Anna (Retaskowsky) Kollmer. She was a member of the Queens Baptist Church in Queens Village, NY where she had also worked as the custodian for twenty years, retiring in 1970. After moving to PA, Elsie joined the Effort United Methodist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Robert Hart Jr. of Garden City, NY; a brother, Andrew Kollmer in Nevada; two sisters, Catherine Rodomski of Burlington, NC and Louise Kollmer of Boca Raton, FL and four grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 4 from the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209 Brodheadsville, with Rev. Robin Fisher officiating. Cremation will have taken place in the H. G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Effort United Methodist Church, P.O.
