Age 92, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2016. She was born on November 22, 1924 in Washington, a daughter of the late Wilda Downs. Mrs. Fulton was a 1943 graduate of Washington High School and a 1945 graduate of Washington Seminary. On June 7, 1969, she married John Fulton. Mother of Robert (Gina) Fulton and Patty Fulton; Grandmother of Jarrod and Adam Fulton; Great-Grandmother of Makenzie Fulton. For several years, Mrs. Fulton was the president of ARC in Meadow Lands. She was a great caregiver to the elderly and enjoyed teaching children about God in weekly Sunday school. Also, she enjoyed hosting family gatherings as well as taking many pictures and creating photo albums. Friends and family are welcome from 2-7 p.m. on Tuesday in Beinhauer-Bogan Funeral Home, 164 West Pike Street, Canonsburg (724-745-5810).
