Alan B. "George" Robinson, 47, of rural Bellefonte, passed away on September 29, 2016 in Bellefonte. George was born on September 29, 1969 in Bellefonte a son of Wayne L. and Betty I Thomas Robinson who survive in Milesburg. George is also survived by his two sons, Alan "AJ" Robinson of Howard and Tyler Joel Robinson of Milesburg, and his daughter, Ashton Blair Robinson of Howard, his sister, Bette Ann "Bunny" Robinson of Mount Holly Springs and his brother, Michael E. Robinson of Milesburg and his companion Michele Lucas of Bellefonte. George was self-employed as a tree remover. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was an avid fan of the Washington Redskins. George was of the Protestant faith. He was a member of the Castanea Fire Co. #1. Funeral Services for Alan B. "George" Robinson will be held at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg, on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Douglas W. Mellott officiating. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 from 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Meyer Cemetery, Benner Twp., Centre Co., PA.
