Albert G. Heimbach

Albert G. Heimbach, 88, formerly of East Greenville, passed away on October 18, 2015 at the Lutheran Community in Telford. He was the beloved husband of Marie (Treffinger) Heimbach. Born in Zionsville, he was the son of the late George and Jennie (Wagner) Heimbach. He served his country honorably in the Merchant Marine during WWII. He was a maintenance supervisor at Graterford State Correctional Institute until he retired in 1984. He was a faithful member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pennsburg where he served on church council. He was a member of the Palm Post of the American Legion, the East Greenville Fire Co., Owl's Nest #1302, and the Pennsylvania Association of Institutional Engineers. Survivors: his wife Marie, a daughter Sandra wife of Robin Renninger of Maple Shade, NJ; a son, Mark and his wife Sally of Emmaus; his grandchildren: Kimberly, Tamera, Jodi, Matthew & Stephen; and great grandchildren: Maya, Chase, Oscar, Clyde, August, and Veda. Services: Graveside Services will be held privately. Interment will be in St. Mark's Cemetery, Pennsburg. Arrangements have been entrusted to Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, Pennsburg.
